Finanzierte Aserbaidschan antisemitische Demonstrationen in Europa?

Als Reaktion auf die ständige Kritik Europas an den eklatanten Menschenrechtsverletzungen in Aserbaidschan gründete die Diktatur im Jahre 2013 die European Information Human Rights Center (EIHRC) mit Sitz in Straßburg. Die EIHRC sollte Menschenrechtsverstöße in Europa dokumentieren und dem Regime in Baku regelmäßig Bericht erstatten, Der Diktator Ilham Aliyev ist es Leid, dass er in Europa als gnadenloser Diktator gilt, der sein Volk unterdrückt, Andersdenkende verfolgt und Armenier auf den Tod hasst. Den Europäern möchte er daher das kritische Mundwerk stopfen und in Gesprächen europäische Menschenrechtsverstöße entgegenhalten. Zur Politur seines angekratzten Images missbraucht Diktator Aliyev gerne die jüdische Gemeinde, die auf Anordnung von oben erklären muss, dass Aserbaidschan ein Land gänzlich frei von Antisemitismus sei, die Diktatur ein Segen für die Aserbaidschaner sei, Diktator Aliyev ein Humanist und wahrer Judenfreund sei und Israel aus diesem Grunde - und noch Gründen, die im Öl und Waffenverkäufen iHv. 1,6 Mrd. Dollar liegen - enge Beziehungen mit der Diktatur pflege. Die Armenier hingegen seien Barbaren, Erzfeinde der Juden und Türken, schlimme Antisemiten und müssten daher vollständig ausgelöscht werden. 

Als Präsident der EIHRC wurde daher auch der deutsch-russische Jude Garry Mourei aus Köln eingesetzt. Für seine Observationstätigkeiten für europäische Menschenrechte erhielt er ein Startbudget in Höhe von 100.000 €. Die Zahlung erfolgte auf persönliche Anordnung des Vize-Premierministers Aserbaidschans, Ali Hasanov. Der Präsident der EIHRC flüchtete jedoch kurze Zeit nach Amtsantritt aus der Organisation. Hintergrund: Aserbaidschan soll über die European Information Human Rights Center (EIHRC) die antisemitischen und anti-israelischen Demonstrationen in Frankreich während des Gazza-Konflikts im Sommer 2014 finanziert haben. 

In Deutschland waren mit von der Partie, die national-religiösen türkischen Verbände Milli Görüs, DITIB, ATIB und UETD.

"The European Center for Journalists” (ECFJ) in its turn held a journalistic investigation on this topic, published on the official website titled “Is Azerbaijan preparing another Holocaust in Europe?" 

"As noted in the article, the head of the social and political issues of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan Ali Hasanov was supervising the activities of EIHRC from Baku. Initially this organization in Strasbourg was led by Harry Murey, a German lawyer, specialist in international law, who revealed interesting facts in an interview with ECFJ."

A significant role in the mission of EIHRC would have to include the organization of anti-Israel demonstrations and anti-Semitic propaganda. The EIHRC was tasked to establish close ties with Islamist and other fundamentalist organizations in order to further coordinate their activities in the scenario of worsening Azerbaijani-Israeli and Azerbaijani-American relations.
